We had some friends over for FHE on Monday. Scotty was Daniel, Georgia and Ashley were the lions, Kris Anne and Karen were the "Mean Guys," and Tasha and Riley were the king and queen.
We blessed Joseph on November 11th. It was nice. Sharee made his blessing outfit and it was so cute. We had some adopted grandparents and some of Ryan's classmates there. Scotty also did his first primary program that day. He was so excited to be on the front row that he smiled and waved a lot.
Our neighbor is an amazing photographer. For Halloween, she let invited all the medical student kids to come in their costumes so she could take their pictures. Here are some of the ones she took of Scotty, Georgia, and Joseph.
Yesterday I was in the living room with Joseph as Scotty sat at the kitchen table with a paper and pen. "Does this look like an 'S' Mom?" he asked. He'd drawn an "S." He worked for another minute and said "Does this look like a 'C'?" He continued until he'd written his entire name. I was so proud of him. We've worked on letter names a lot, but not on writing them. Scotty is a sharp boy.
