Scotty learned about the Chinese New Year at school and loved it. Ryan had his big board exam, so he had to study a LOT. The kids noticed that he was gone even more and wanted throw him a party when he finished. Scotty suggested we make a Chinese dinner. We did - pot stickers, egg rolls, fried rice, stir-fry, chicken chow mein - the works! The kids made up a dance to Chinese music as "pre-dinner entertainment." What a fun night. Congratulations Ryan!!! (Psst . . . He did very well.) (Oops - Ryan just said that the boards were in February, but the photos said January!)
